Sr. Manager- I - Partnership Distribution SC
- Program Officewill be responsible for driving strategic programs, ensuring effectivegovernance, and supporting the execution of key initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) business. The role involves coordinatingcross-functional projects, tracking progress against defined milestones,and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The individual willwork closely with leadership and multiple stakeholders to streamlineprogram execution, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery ofhigh-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning,execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) team.
- Establish and manage programgovernance frameworks, including timelines, milestones, and reportingstructures.
- Track program progress,risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate withcross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, technology,and strategy to ensure smooth program execution.
- Develop and maintain programdashboards, status reports, and performance trackers for leadershipreview.
- Support leadership inprioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
- Identify potentialoperational or program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare program updates,presentations, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
- Drive process improvementsand best practices in program management across the team.

Preferred Experience
- 2–4 yearsof experience in program management, business strategy, consulting, operations, or project management roles.
- Experiencein financial services, insurance, fintech, or partnership distributionbusinesses is preferred.
- Exposureto strategic program execution, cross-functional project coordination, andgovernance frameworks will be an advantage.
- Priorexperience working closely with senior leadership and multiple internalstakeholders.
Educational Qualification / Experience
- MBA from a Tieredinstitute with minimum 1-2 years of experience
