Sr. Manager- I - Partnership Distribution SC

Program Office will be responsible for driving strategic programs, ensuring effective governance, and supporting the execution of key initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) business. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional projects, tracking progress against defined milestones, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The individual will work closely with leadership and multiple stakeholders to streamline program execution, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and initiatives within the Partnership Distribution (SC) team.
• Establish and manage program governance frameworks, including timelines, milestones, and reporting structures.
• Track program progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, technology, and strategy to ensure smooth program execution.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, status reports, and performance trackers for leadership review.
• Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify potential operational or program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare program updates, presentations, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in program management across the team.
