Job summary

Rama Medicare seeks a senior architect to lead hospital project execution from Noida head office, with extensive site travel. You will oversee design intent, manage costings, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in hospital projects, strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project costing, and deep knowledge of OT, ICU, IPD, OPD, and emergency flows.

Qualifications

• B.Arch. or M.Arch from a reputed institute.
• 15+ years of experience, with at least 8-10 years in Hospital Projects.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Project Costing.
• Knowledge of hospital functional planning - OT, ICU, IPD, OPD, Emergency flows.

Responsibilities
