Job summary

Global Edifice in Bengaluru leads CRM operations from initial booking through possession, handling queries, escalations and documentation. The role also monitors collections and payments, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate MIS reporting.

You will coordinate with Sales, Presales, Accounts, Legal and Projects, while managing the CRM team and safeguarding customer data with meticulous documentation.
