Navneet Education seeks a Manager Compliance to establish, implement, and continuously improve the compliance framework at the Khaniwade Plant. The role ensures readiness for SMETA, CTPAT, IMS, customer, statutory audits, and alignment with Maharashtra state and Government of India regulations.

Responsibilities include managing social and ethical compliance, supply chain security, and risk assessments while fostering a culture of compliance across functions and training teams accordingly.

Qualifications

• Lead compliance for Domestic and Export customers.
