Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years Broking/Wealth for PCG Advisor; 8+ years Wealth/PCG for Team Leader.
• Experience with HNI/UHNI & Family Office, Equity/Derivatives, Investment Advisory; NISM 8/16 certification.
• Strong focus on client acquisition and AUM growth; team management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HNI/UHNI clients and family offices with customised wealth management solutions.
• Drive client acquisition, portfolio management, and equity/derivatives trading.
• Grow AUM and revenue through cross-selling and advisory services.
• Lead and mentor the wealth team to achieve targets and maintain client relationships.
