Job summary

KG Engineering And Consultancy is seeking a PCG Advisor to manage HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices, delivering customized wealth management, advisory, and broking services. You will handle end-to-end advisory, client acquisition, cross-selling, and trading responsibilities to add value for clients.

The role requires 5+ years in broking with HNI clients, strong capital markets knowledge, risk management, and portfolio/trading operations expertise.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Commerce; NISM VIII Equity Derivatives certification mandatory.
• 5+ years of broking experience with HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades for clients in line with regulatory guidance and risk policies.
• Acquire and service portfolios of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
• Provide comprehensive investment advisory across equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advise based on market trends and client return objectives.
• Drive cross-selling of third‑party products to enhance client portfolios and wallet share.
• Meet and exceed revenue/activation targets through equity/derivatives trading and product cross-selling.

Role Designation: Manager/Senior Manager/Advisor-PCG

The PCG Advisor will manage HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices by offering customized wealth management solutions, advisory, and broking services. This role involves end-to-end advisory, client acquisition, cross-selling, and dealing responsibilities, ensuring value addition to clients

• Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management policies.
• Acquire and Service portfolios of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
• Provide comprehensive investment advisory across segments (equities, mutual funds, PMS, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products).
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and advice based on market trends and client return objectives.
• Drive cross-selling of third-party products to enhance client portfolios and wallet share.
• Meet and exceed revenue/activation targets through equity/derivatives trading and product cross-selling.

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in broking and wealth of HNI/Ultra-HNI clients and family offices.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of capital markets, risk management, portfolio and trading operations. Proven track record in new client acquisition through references and relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Trading and Advisory Platforms and portfolio analytics.
