Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate + Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) compulsory
Experience
Minimum 12 and max 25 years of preschool industry curriculum design experience with minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience is desirable

General Description
This role combines curriculum design excellence with strategic project implementation. The Sr. Manager ensures high-quality curriculum development and standardized execution across centres, while leading a team of curriculum designers and collaborating with RCMs and cross‑functional teams.
Instructional Design / Learning Product Development
- Design early years curriculum and learning products
- Develop lesson plans, activities, and learning resources
- Ensure alignment with pedagogy and developmental milestones
- Support new formats: blended, virtual, facilitator‑led
- Bring research‑based methodology into classroom practice
Strategic Project Implementation & Standardization
- Drive rollout of academic projects across centres
- Work closely with RCMs, Ops, and stakeholders
- Monitor timelines and consistency across regions
Project Management
- Own project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams
- Track progress and communicate updates
- Manage risks and dependencies
Team Leadership & Professional Development
- Provide mentoring and feedback
- Ensure quality and consistency
- Drive continuous learning and development
- Stay updated on evolving research, innovations, and global best practices in early years pedagogies and curriculum design
- Ensure continued relevance and quality of the curriculum
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing curriculum and introduce innovative learning approaches
- Support the design and development of new programs and learning products (blended, digital, experiential)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and internal stakeholders to bring in fresh perspectives and ideas
- Contribute to pilot initiatives and new academic projects, ensuring learnings are captured and integrated into future designs
- Ensure market insights, parent feedback, and emerging trends are translated into practical, scalable curriculum solutions
Training & Enablement (Support Role)
- Support program training for teams
- Conduct walkthroughs and orientations
- Enable understanding of curriculum intent across functions
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Review implementation quality with RCMs
- Gather feedback and improve programs
- Ensure alignment between design and delivery
