Key Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve issues related to USB and PCIe during design reviews and customer hardware bring‑up.
• Provide customer support for HW bring‑up on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms.
• Develop, debug, and maintain device drivers for standard peripheral interfaces, including:
  • USB
  • PCIe
• Analyze and fix complex driver‑level issues reported by customers.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, validation, and cross‑functional teams to ensure robust peripheral functionality
• Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.

Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in embedded systems development
• Hands‑on experience in device driver development on one or more operating systems, including RTOS or other embedded operating systems
• Strong proficiency in C programming
• Solid understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architectures
• Good knowledge of real‑time/embedded programming concepts and RTOS fundamentals
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to independently debug complex issues, multitask, and work in a customer‑facing technical role.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
