Job summary

Birlasoft in Noida is seeking an SAP FICO Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience to lead and optimize SAP FI/CO processes in a dynamic global delivery environment.

You will oversee end-to-end FI activities (GL, AP, AR, AA, tax configuration, closing, reporting) and provide L2/L3 support, ensuring SLA compliance and strong stakeholder communication.

This role requires collaboration with global teams, S/4HANA familiarity, and a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Lead and support end-to-end FI processes.
• S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end FI processes: General Ledger Accounting (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Electronic Bank Reconciliation, Tax Configuration (GST/TDS), Financial Closing & Reporting, Intercompany Transactions, Credit Management.
• Provide L2/L3 support for finance business processes.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA; perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end finance processes.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
