Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an SAP FICO Lead Consultant in Bengaluru with 8+ years of experience to lead financial modules and drive business outcomes. You will manage CO, GL, AP, and AR processes, perform variance analysis, and support month-end close with robust reporting.

The role requires strong ability to guide stakeholders, implement effective SAP solutions, and manage bank reconciliations and financial workflows in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules including CO, GL, AP, AR.
• Experience with cost accounting, variance analysis, and standard SAP reports.
• End-to-end financial closing including month-end close and reporting.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and electronic bank statement processing.
• Ability to guide business users on SAP usage and current issues.

• Product costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Support variance analysis and cost tracking; guide business with reports.
• General Ledger: month-end close, journal entries, accruals, financial reporting.
• Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, payments, GR/IR clearing.
• Accounts Receivable: billing, customer payments, collections.
• Bank Accounting: bank reconciliation and electronic statements.
• Guide business on SAP usage and lead risk identification/resolution.
