Job summary

Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI and Digital technologies, seeks an SAP FICO Lead to drive Finance and Controlling implementations and global rollouts. The role spans India locations including Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chennai, with hands-on SAP expertise at the core.

Educational background is any graduate and 10+ years of experience. You will guide configuration, data setup, and process flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
• Exposure to Treasury and Cash Management, Financial Consolidation and Reporting, Central Finance is a plus.
• Involved in large SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation and global rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
• Experience/exposure to Treasury and Cash Management, Financial Consolidation and Reporting, Central Finance is an added advantage.
• Involved in large SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation and global rollout projects.
• Exposure to chemical and process manufacturing domain would be a plus.
• Exposure/experience in Show tell workshops, SAP best practices is an added advantage.
• Experience in business process configurations and testing of process scenarios.
• Project Implementation experience on Rollout/Conversions demonstrating the ability to manage configuration, data set up, develop process flows etc., and or involved in implementation of above modules in their organization
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications
