bTranz Software Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with strong Oracle ERP/Fusion lateral hiring experience. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing Oracle ERP consultants across Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, PPM, OIC, and Cloud domains for GCC, India, and global implementations.

The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and coordinate interviews and offers, while meeting KPIs and collaborating with hiring managers and delivery teams.

Formación

• 5+ years IT recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3+ years dedicated experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion hiring.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM); SCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing); HCM & Payroll; Projects (PPM); EPM; OIC & Technical Consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Screen candidates for Oracle Fusion/EBS functional and technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining processes.
• Build and maintain Oracle ERP talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.

Job Summary

bTranz Software Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing Oracle ERP consultants across Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, PPM, OIC, Technical, and Cloud domains for GCC, India, and global implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP/Fusion lateral hiring.
• Source and identify Oracle ERP professionals through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for Oracle Fusion/EBS functional and technical roles.
• Understand project requirements and align candidate profiles with customer expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining processes.
• Build and maintain Oracle ERP talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate experience are achieved.
• Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.
• Support hiring requirements across India, Middle East, and GCC regions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion hiring.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules:
  • Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • SCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing)
  • HCM & Payroll
  • Projects (PPM)
  • EPM
  • OIC & Technical Consultants
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Expertise in Boolean Search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and offer-closure skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for Oracle implementation partners or consulting organizations.
• Exposure to GCC/Middle East hiring.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycle.
• Experience recruiting Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
