bTranz Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM consultant to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. You will work with HR teams to optimize processes and ensure smooth data migration and integrations.

Based in Hyderabad with onsite travel to Saudi Arabia as needed, the role includes workshops, trainings, functional specs, and supporting upgrades and security compliance.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Core HR and Absence Management in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, training materials, and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll and Absence Management.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.
• Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
• Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.
