Job summary

Microlink Solution in Ahmedabad is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Executive to manage service desk operations, log incidents, and ensure timely resolution according to SLA.

The role supports Network, Server, CRM, Outlook, and business applications, and requires coordination with customers, technical teams, and vendors for issue resolution. Daily MIS reports and SLA compliance are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi).
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
