AEON DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT LLP is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead concepts and execution for diverse projects. Based on-site in Noida, you will coordinate with architects, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent and quality details are achieved from concept to construction.

You will oversee junior designers, review technical drawings, and participate in client presentations and reviews, delivering cohesive, buildable interior environments.

Qualifications

Role Description

As a Sr. Interior Designer, you will lead the design process from concept development through to execution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, developing interior design concepts, preparing construction drawings, selecting and coordinating FF&E, and ensuring design intent is maintained during project execution. You will collaborate with architects, consultants, and site teams, oversee junior designers, review technical drawings, and participate in client presentations and design reviews. The role requires active coordination with vendors and contractors, site visits to monitor progress, and timely resolution of design and detailing issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, code-compliant layouts and cohesive design concepts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination, including integrating interior design with structural and MEP requirements.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
• Expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and procurement teams.
• Advanced skills in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and MS Office for project documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, with several years of experience in a senior or lead design role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, local building regulations, and industry standards; experience with high-quality detailing and on-site coordination.
