Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished HR Full‑Scope Generalist with experience in staffing, organizational interventions, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, training, and statutory compliance.
In‑depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management, particularly in recruitment & resourcing, compensation & reward, learning & talent management, employee relations, and organizational planning & change. Demonstrated strategic thinking and business execution excellence.
Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with stakeholders, influencing, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership building/management at all levels, strong business connectivity, partnering with senior leaders and Honeywell HR consultants, leading employee consultation and communication effectively. Result orientation with high productivity and strong desire for success.
Responsibilities
- Organization Development – alignment of processes, systems, and culture with key business priorities, design optimal structures, drive change management.
- Learning Content Design & Delivery – capable of independent team interventions for achieving specific results.
- Talent Development – manage key processes, drive talent retention & development, ensure successful onboarding, orientation, and new manager assimilation.
- Coaching – provide coaching/counseling to employees and leaders in performance reviews, improvement plans, talent identification.
- HR Reporting & Analysis – report, track, manage, and analyze census. Validate integrity of job and comp data. Exposure to PeS preferred.
- Compensation Consultation – drive consistent practices with managers, annual compensation revision consultation, benchmarking offers and promotions.
- Staffing – assist in staffing delivery, drive shared staffing solutions, support managers in talent selection.
- Benefits – communicate policies, provide specialist intervention, manage processes, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Rewards – manage eligibility & process for incentive plans, progression, R&R programs; deliver business communications and HR policies.
- Business & Strategic Partnering – contribute to development of organization‑wide business plans, design work systems, account for HR cost rationalization.
- Labour & Site Compliance – manage compliance with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferably an MBA from a reputed institute, majoring in HR.
- 4–8 years of experience as HR generalist in large MNCs.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and lead change.
- Manage talent and build relationships with services.
- Act as a coach and confidant.
- Provide administrative support.
- Lead training and development.
