Job summary

1840 Micron Tech. OP India LLP is seeking a GP COE Source-to-Pay Process Manager to collaborate with process owners to define, assess, and transform Global Procurement processes, performing data gathering, benchmarking, and driving improvement projects with measurable results.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital transformation, and conduct process mining to identify bottlenecks and priorities, delivering value across a global organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of process management or transformation experience in a procurement function within a large, cross-functional organization.
  • 1 years of experience as a change agent successfully implementing change at scale.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Certifications such as CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Proficiency with O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio and agile backlog tools (Azure, Jira, Confluence). SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of AI/automation tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization and lead without authority.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to use analytics for decision making.

Job Overview
