Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a GP COE STP Process Manager to partner with process owners to define and assess Global Procurement processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving.

You will lead benchmarking, harmonize processes, and drive project plans. You will guide cross-organizational teams, apply continuous-improvement tools, leverage Celonis for bottlenecks, and deliver data-driven insights to prioritize transformation and measure ROI across Source-to-Pay

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in process management/transformation at a procurement function of a large, cross-functional organization.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a change agent, having effectively implemented change in a large, cross-functional organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Globally recognized certifications such as CPSM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Confluence) or equivalent.
  • Preferred SAP experience and Organizational Change Practitioner Certification (PROSCI).
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Exposure to process-mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and data-analytics platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Basic understanding or experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., GenAI, workflow automation) is a plus.

  • Apply knowledge to provide consultation on Source‑to‑Pay processes.
  • Leverage process‑mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to identify bottlenecks, deviations and improvement opportunities across Source‑to‑Pay workflows.
  • Use data‑driven insights from process mining and analytics to prioritize transformation initiatives and measure impact.
  • Drive adoption with organizational change management methods, capture ROI, and encourage stakeholders to embrace required change.
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders, engage procurement leadership and cross‑functional business clients, and drive best‑in‑class methodology adoption, optimized system utilization and continuous process improvement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of AI, automation and digital‑transformation initiatives across procurement processes.

Job description

Role Overview

As a GP COE Source-to-Pay (STP) Process Manager, you will partner with process owners to define and assess Global Procurement business processes through data gathering, analysis, and problem‑solving. You will lead benchmarking, harmonize existing processes, formulate performance‑improvement recommendations, and drive project plans to meet business requirements and deliver results.

  • Well‑versed in project and process management, procurement standard methodologies and technology.

  • Knowledgeable in procurement business processes.

  • Proficient in continuous‑improvement tools and methodologies.

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, active listening and clear articulation of complex problem statements at all levels.

  • Adaptable to working across regions with a global perspective.

  • Interested in gaining procurement knowledge, data fluency and demonstrating data‑driven insights.
