Genpact is seeking a motivated Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM to join its procurement and fulfillment team in India. The role focuses on RFQ/bid evaluations, supplier coordination, and on-time delivery, with emphasis on data analysis and ERP updates.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in S2P, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/ERP systems, supporting global teams and stakeholders across time zones. This position is office-based with flexible shifts in India.

Preferred Qualifications Any graduate with Min. 2-3 years with work experience in S2P Must have sound knowledge of English – Any knowledge of a foreign language is a bonus Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP and other ERP Sourcing specific certifications like CPM, SPSM is a plus. Preferred skills: Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing experience. Should possess strong Procurement and Sourcing Expertise withExpediting and Negotiation skills. Understand basics of Supply Chain Management Skills in evaluating and selecting vendors. Must possess sound knowledge of order confirmation, expediting delivery, SAP and other ERP tool. Expert in Excel and can handle Data Analysis and Reporting- basic Analytical Skills Should possess good interpersonal skills Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders and must be a team player. Should have good understanding of End to End Sourcing and procurement processes & its implications in the manufacturing and Project industry.
