Crebos in Mohali, India seeks a Senior Frontend Developer with deep React.js and React Native expertise to own end-to-end frontend outcomes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality experiences, lead with product thinking, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who can own more than just UI — someone with exceptional expertise in React.js and React Native, strong knowledge of the modern React ecosystem, product thinking, AI proficiency, and a business-oriented mindset.

This role requires someone who can understand customer problems, translate requirements into exceptional digital experiences, make strong technical decisions, anticipate risks, and take ownership from requirement clarification through production delivery.

• Manage complex application and server state effectively.
• Optimize rendering, bundle size, loading times, Core Web Vitals, and mobile performance.
• Implement error handling, loading states, edge cases, accessibility, security, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Write automated tests and maintain strong engineering quality.
• Own frontend outcomes from requirement clarification and architecture through testing, deployment, and production.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and continuously improve architecture, reusable components, automation, and engineering standards.

• Strong communication, mentoring, teamwork, and technical leadership skills.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed, debugging, testing, automation, productivity, and quality.

• Use AI for research, refactoring, documentation, and automation.
