We are looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Developer who can build scalable, secure, high-performance, and user-friendly applications for complex enterprise products.
Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern frontend applications, defining reusable UI architecture, improving application performance, and ensuring high-quality implementation across different products.
You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and solution architects to convert business and technical requirements into reliable production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable frontend components, shared libraries, and design systems.
- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional interfaces.
- Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and project structure.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows, including role-based and permission-based access.
- Develop complex dashboards, forms, tables, charts, workflows, and administrative interfaces.
- Manage application state using suitable state-management solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and different screen sizes.
- Implement code splitting, lazy loading, caching, pagination, virtualized lists, and bundle optimization.
- Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and error-handling standards.
- Work with QA engineers to improve test coverage and resolve defects.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimation, and architecture reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation for frontend architecture, components, and development standards.
- Evaluate new frontend technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Ensure applications meet security, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise-quality requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced experience with React.js and the modern React ecosystem.
- Strong experience with Next.js or another enterprise frontend framework.
- Experience with state-management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of component-driven development and reusable UI architecture.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CSS frameworks or styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Ant Design, Styled Components, or CSS Modules.
- Strong understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous programming.
- Experience handling authentication, refresh tokens, session management, protected routes, and role-based access control.
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and code-review workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes.
- Understanding of web security concepts, including XSS, CSRF, CORS, secure storage, and dependency vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and optimization.
- Ability to debug complex UI, API, state-management, and performance issues.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant applications.
- Experience developing ERP, CRM, HRMS, fintech, analytics, marketplace, or workflow-management platforms.
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience with WebSockets, server-sent events, and real-time applications.
- Experience with Web3 libraries such as Ethers.js, Viem, Wagmi, or Web3.js.
- Experience integrating wallets, blockchain transactions, or smart-contract interactions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered interfaces, chat systems, recommendation engines, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with data-visualization libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts, or ECharts.
- Knowledge of internationalization, localization, and multi-language applications.

- At least 2 years of experience working in a senior, lead, or ownership-oriented frontend role.
