Job summary

Path Mentors Staffing Solutions is seeking a senior professional with hands-on Finacle Retail Assets experience to lead a 10-15 member team. You will own design, configuration, and testing of enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes, and manage production issues and CRs.

You will also own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module and drive stabilization initiatives across EI and international subsidiaries, ensuring robust production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with Finacle Retail Assets required.
• Led design, configuration, and testing of assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
• Managed a team of 10-15 handling CRs or production issues.
