D4 Insight is seeking a Product Engineer to support Retail Assets Automation testing and production stability in Chennai. The role emphasizes defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and expanding test automation coverage across the Retail Assets module.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Finacle Scripting experience, Retail Assets testing/automation expertise, and strong coordination skills across development and cross-entity teams.

• Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
• Triage and resolve critical production incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
• Coordinate with Development teams on patches, upgrades, and defect resolution.
