Job summary

D4 Insight is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead the defect-fixing track for Retail Assets automation testing and CR/Projects delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets and experience managing teams handling Change Requests or production issues.

Responsibilities include leading design, configuration and testing of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes, and owning test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module,

Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior Product Engineer to lead the defect-fixing track for Retail Assets Automation testing and Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets and experience managing teams handling Change Requests or production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Assets Engineering

• Lead defect fixing for Retail Assets Automation testing and Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery.


• Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.


• Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module.

Production Stability

• Manage production stability across the Retail Assets environment.


• Triage and resolve critical incidents.


• Drive root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.


• Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.


• Manage and support a team of approximately 10–15 members handling CRs or production issues.


• Coordinate delivery and resolution activities across relevant teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience managing a team of 10–15 professionals handling CRs or production issues.


• Experience in the design, configuration, and testing of Finacle enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.


• Strong incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
