Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for leading workplace operations across India, ensuring a safe, productive, and world-class employee experience with 99.9% operational uptime. The role oversees facilities, engineering, food & beverage, events, travel, vendor management, budgets, compliance, and workplace strategy while building and developing a high-performing team.
Senior Manager, Real Estate & Facilities (P7) Function Global Real Estate & Facilities Reports To Director, India Real Estate & Facilities

Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multi-disciplinary teams. Drive training, succession planning, cross-skilling, and talent development. Establish performance goals, coaching programs, and recognition mechanisms. Foster a customer-centric, safety-first, and continuous improvement culture.
Day-to-day facilities operations, workplace services, housekeeping, pantry, transport, visitor management, wellness, and employee experience programs. Drive ESG initiatives, emergency preparedness, and operational readiness across sites. Support workplace transitions, office expansions, and new site mobilization.
Own cafeteria, pantry, beverage, and hospitality programs. Drive food quality, menu innovation, hygiene, food safety, and employee satisfaction. Manage catering partners, contracts, subsidies, budgets, and service standards. Support executive dining, client hospitality, and event catering.
Lead onsite and offsite events, leadership meetings, conferences, celebrations, and employee engagement programs. Deliver premium workplace hospitality, VIP management, reception, and client experiences. Manage corporate travel, visas, relocations, travel partners, compliance, and cost optimization. Govern events and travel vendors through defined SLAs and performance reviews.
Manage strategic vendor relationships across facilities, transport, F&B, travel, events, and technical services. Develop scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, review forums, escalation processes, and contingency plans. Drive service excellence, compliance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiencies.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all building systems and critical infrastructure. Oversee MEP, HVAC, power systems, UPS, DG sets, BMS, and datacenter support. Ensure asset reliability, statutory compliance, operational uptime, and CAPEX planning. Manage maintenance budgets, audits, inspections, and asset lifecycle programs.
Lead workplace and real estate strategy, occupancy planning, and portfolio optimization. Support lease negotiations, site acquisitions, fit-outs, expansions, relocations, and consolidations. Own AOP, CAPEX/OPEX planning, budgeting, and financial governance. Drive ESG, sustainability, compliance, business continuity, and automation initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to align workplace strategy with business growth.
