Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Facilities Executive to lead soft services across large facilities. You will manage vendor relationships, ensure safety and cleanliness, and oversee 24/7 coverage and cost-controlled service delivery.

The role requires strong CAFM/CMMS experience, vendor management and a proven track record in contract administration, with a bachelor's in Facility Management or related field and 4–6 years of facilities management

  • 4-6 years of experience in facilities management with focus on soft services delivery.
  • Experience managing large facilities (≥500,000 sq ft) or multi-site portfolios.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and contract administration.

  • Oversee janitorial and housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness across facility areas.
  • Manage pest control programs including vendor coordination, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
  • Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance for indoor/outdoor areas.
  • Ensure washroom hygiene services including consumables management and sanitation protocols.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain inspection records with corrective action tracking.
  • Manage work order systems including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and closure.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive to lead soft services delivery across our managed facilities. This hands‑on role requires managing vendor relationships, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Soft Services Management
  • Oversee janitorial and housekeeping services to maintain superior cleanliness standards across all facility areas.
  • Manage pest control programs including vendor coordination, scheduling, and compliance monitoring.
  • Supervise landscaping and grounds maintenance for both outdoor and indoor areas.
  • Ensure washroom hygiene services including consumables management and sanitation protocols.
Operations & Service Delivery
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain comprehensive inspection records with corrective action tracking.
  • Manage work order systems including ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and timely closure.
  • Coordinate shift schedules for facility staff to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Monitor service quality through audits and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Vendor & Contract Management
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers including performance reviews.
  • Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with tracking of response times and quality metrics.
  • Conduct vendor performance evaluations and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Process invoices and ensure budget compliance while optimizing costs.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all soft service operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for housekeeping operations and chemical handling.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental regulations including waste segregation and recycling programs.
  • Keep accurate records of certifications, chemical inventories, and training documentation.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators including service delivery metrics, complaint resolution rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Generate monthly reports on facility operations, service trends, and budget utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in facilities management with focus on soft services delivery.
  • Prior experience managing large facilities (minimum 500,000 sq ft) or multi-site portfolios.
  • Proven track record in vendor management and contract administration.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems (Planon, IBM Maximo, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
