Job summary

A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Export to manage end-to-end export activities and coordinate with buyers on orders, timelines and regulatory requirements.

You will liaise with production for pre-shipment readiness, prepare reports for the Head of Department, and ensure timely delivery of bought-out items while maintaining compliance records.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any field.
• 5–10 years of experience in export roles, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating with buyers, production teams, and logistics to ensure timely shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers on order updates and shipping timelines.
• Liaise with production for pre-shipment readiness and verify dispatch readiness.
• File and maintain customer complaint records and track resolutions.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports for the Head of Department.
• Coordinate with R&D for SDS, TDS, and new product coding.
• Follow up with purchasing to ensure timely delivery of bought-out items.
• Oversee post-shipment activities, delivery tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate IT for registration of new product coding.
• Arrange samples to customers via DHL/FedEx and follow up.
• Maintain shipment details in Excel and prepare Proforma Invoices and OCs.

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers on order updates and ensure alignment on shipping timelines and requirements.
• Liaise with the production team on pre-shipment details to track progress, resolve issues ( if any ), and verify readiness for dispatch. Executing OC - Vapi /Dadra
• File and maintain customer complaint records, tracking issues, resolutions, and follow-ups to enhance service quality.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly sales reports and MIS data for HOD review, summarizing shipment data and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with R&D team for safety data sheets (SDS), technical data sheets (TDS), and new product coding to meet buyers demands and regulatory standards.
• Follow up with the purchase team to secure timely delivery of bought-out items, avoiding delays in production or shipments.
• Oversee post-shipment processes, such as tracking deliveries, handling discrepancies, and updating records for compliance.
• Coordination with IT for Registration of new product coding
• Arrangement of samples to customers via DHL/FedEx and follow ups.
• Maintaining of shipment details in the Excel Format.
• Preparation of Proforma Invoices and OCs

Preferred Candidate:

• From Chemical Manufacturing or Any Manufacturing Company.
• From the Mumbai Suburban/Western Line.
