Job summary

IndiGo seeks a Sr. Executive- Transformation & Analytics to lead end-to-end transformation projects, optimize airline systems, and evaluate new analytics tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on business objectives.

The role requires 2-3 years in project management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication with stakeholders. Preference for airline domain experience and PM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, airline revenue management/inventory exp is a plus.
• PM certification would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of transformation, tech, and system projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to monitor progress.
• Identify risks, issues, and delays; assist in resolution and escalation.
• Conduct status reviews and provide progress updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure documentation, approvals, testing, implementation, and closure activities.
• Analyze airline systems to identify areas for improvement and test new features.
• Collaborate with users to gather feedback and provide training to improve adoption.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies in analytics, BI, and ML to align with business needs.
• Document requirements with cross-functional teams and secure sign-offs.
• Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and maintain team alignment.

Sr. Executive- Transformation & Analytics

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Sr. Executive in Transformation & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Project Management
   • Support end-to-end planning and execution of transformation, technology, and system-related projects.
   • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers to ensure timely delivery.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to monitor project progress and dependencies.
   • Identify and track project risks, issues, and delays, and support timely resolution and escalation.
   • Conduct regular project status reviews and provide progress updates to relevant stakeholders and management.
   • Ensure project documentation, approvals, testing, implementation, and closure activities are completed as per agreed timelines.
2. 2. Systems Optimization:
   • Analyze airline systems to identify areas for improvement.
   • Assist in testing and validating new system features developed by vendors, ensuring alignment with requirements.
   • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather feedback, track system adoption, and provide training to enhance utilization.
3. 3. Technology Exploration and Evaluation:
   • Research and evaluate new tools, vendors, and technologies in analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning.
   • Prepare comparative analyses, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for organizational needs.
   • Present recommendations to management, aligning solutions with business objectives.
4. 4. Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Work with cross-functional teams to document business and technical requirements comprehensively.
   • Partner with end-users to ensure systems meet operational needs and facilitate formal sign-off.
   • Communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. 5. Collaboration and Reporting:
   • Prepare documentation, reports, and insights for tracking project impact and supporting decision-making.
   • Maintain alignment with team objectives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management. Experience in Airline revenue management / Inventory management will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Good reporting and presentation capabilities
