Qualifications

• MBA or MSc/MS in analytics or related field (1–2 years of work experience)

• Premier institute candidates strongly preferred

Job Summary:We are seeking a logically astute individual with a strong numbers acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex business problems, contributing to business strategy, and leveraging data to drive decision-making. The ability to think critically and put forward with data-driven insights will be key to success in this role. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Fabric, R/Python, SQL and Excel.

The individual is expected to be self-driven, with a keen eye to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications:

• Education:
• Master’s candidate: MBA or MSc / MS – In analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics or finance (1-2 years of work experience)
• Bachelor’s candidates: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Business (3-5 years of work experience)
• Premier institute candidates strongly preferred
• Experience: Tenure as per above; preferred roles - business analysis or data analysis
• Skills:
• Experience of using MS Fabric platform
• Proficiency in data handling and analysis tools like R/Python, and some experience on Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders through dashboard (PowerBI preferred) and presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
