Job Title: Senior Executive - Sales Support

Location: Udaipur

Experience : 6-7 years

Industry: Industrial equipment manufacture, Sales support profile

Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the role is to provide end-to-end sales support to the sales and key account teams by ensuring efficient order processing, customer coordination, quotation management, tender documentation, sales reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, improving sales process efficiency, and supporting revenue growth through accurate and timely execution of sales support activities.

Job Responsibility :

Sales Coordination & Order Management

• Prepare and process quotations, price offers, and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate order booking, order execution, and delivery follow-up.
• Track order status and ensure timely communication with customers and the sales team.
• Support achievement of sales targets through effective backend coordination.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response and follow-up.

Tendering & Commercial Documentation

• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, tenders, bids, and contractual documents.
• Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company policies.

Sales MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Track sales pipeline, order backlog, revenue forecasts, and business performance metrics.
• Support management reviews through accurate data analysis and reporting.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Service, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Support contract manager for payment follow-up with customer.

Competencies (which are required for performing the above tasks)

Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
• PowerPoint and presentation preparation.
• MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Commercial documentation and quotation preparation.
• ERP/CRM operation and report generation.
• Sales support and order management processes.
• Industrial equipment/products and customer support practices.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Relevant Work Experience

• 6-7 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Tendering, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination.
• Experience in Industrial Equipment, Capital Goods, Mining Equipment, Engineering Products, or Manufacturing industries preferred.

Special Working Conditions

• Occasional travel for customer meetings, sales reviews, and plant visits.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requirements in a fast-paced business environment.
• Close coordination with cross-functional teams across different locations.

Education Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
