Job summary

MTC Business seeks an experienced operations professional in Satara, Maharashtra, to lead RHMS functions. The role focuses on raw material handling, equipment reliability, shift management, and coordination with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth material flow and production support.

The candidate should drive preventive maintenance, manage stockyard activities, and uphold safety, housekeeping, and environmental controls while delivering MIS reports and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in RHMS operations and material handling.
• Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate with production/maintenance.
• Strong focus on safety, housekeeping and environment control.
• Experience with cost control and SOP adherence.
• Proficient in MIS & reporting for operations.
• Ability to lead manpower and manage stockyard and material accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee independent shift/area management and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance departments for reliability.
• Ensure material handling supports production targets and quality standards.
