Job Description

• Knowledge and experience of ISO documentation, ISO Audit
• ISO Certification is required for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in MR Activity.
• Experience in plastic Molding.
• Hands‑on experience of PPAP, Quality Reports.
• Reviewing & approving the quality plan for effective measurement.
• Control on non‑confirming products.
• Define structure of Quality System.
• Document Data Control.
• Plan and implement internal Quality Audit.
• Control of Quality Records.
• Liaison with certifying body / External Body.
• Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are being initiated.
• Reporting on performance of the quality system for management review as a basis for improvement.
• Responsible for awareness of customer & regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of quality management system when changes are planned & implemented.
• Coordinate with supplier and customer on quality issues.
• Identify & analyze various failures and their root cause analysis.
• Report to top management about the performance of the system.
