• Hands‑on experience of PPAP, Quality Reports.
• Reviewing & approving the quality plan for effective measurement.
• Control on non‑confirming products.
• Define Structure of Quality System.
• Document Data Control.
• Control of Quality Records.
• To ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are being initiated.
• Reporting on performance of the quality system for management review as a basis for improvement.
• Responsible for awareness of customer & regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
• Responsible for maintaining integrity of quality management system when changes to the quality management system are planned & implemented.
• Coordination with supplier and customer on quality issues.
• Identification & analysis of various failures and its root cause analysis.
• Reporting to top management about the performance of system.
