Job summary

CSB Bank in Chennai seeks a Sr. Executive - Liability Operations to manage onboarding and maintenance of customer accounts. You will process all customer instructions with data accuracy and strong adherence to guidelines, ensuring robust checks and controls.

The role covers CKYC/Re-KYC compliance, review of TAT, and data quality improvements. You will contribute to MIS reporting and drive process improvements within the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate required.
• Experience of 3–5 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Error-free processing of account openings and customer requests per guidelines; ensure checks and controls.
• Regulatory CKYC and Re-KYC compliance; review of TAT and exceptions with Team Lead.
• Data accuracy checks and continuous improvement to ensure data quality.
• Regular MIS on process and exceptions for improvement and automation.
• Review and reduce exceptions/rejects; educate team on processes and controls.
• Provide training to the team on process adherence and controls.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for On-boarding and Maintenance of Non individual in particular and Individual accounts.Deliverable data management.
• Error Free processing of Account opening, Customer requests as per guidelines and ensure checks and controls.
• Regulatory guidelines on CKYC, Re-KYC are met. Validation of TAT Compliance and any exceptions are reviewed for closure with Team Lead.
• Review the data for accuracy and work on improvement to ensure that good data gets into system.
• Continuous effort to ensure data is accurate.
• Regular MIS on the process and exceptions to highlight for improvement and automation.
• Review of Exceptions / Rejects for bringing in improvement in process, control and education purpose.
