Job summary

Whirlpool of India Limited in Gurugram seeks a Quality Generalist to drive data-driven quality controls and act on customer field data. You will analyze complaints, perform root-cause analysis, and communicate findings to plant teams for immediate action.

You will support manufacturing process improvements with data insights, collaborating with sales and service to schedule visits and implement corrective actions, using Excel, Tableau, and Google tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years minimum work experience.
• Proficient in Ontrac reporting, SAP BW, TCQ reporting, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and Google Studio/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Collects customer complaint data from the field and communicates results to the plant for action.
• Visits customers to understand the nature of complaints.
• Organizes visits of plant personnel to customers and customers to the plant.
• Provide data to In charge quality analysis relating to field quality.
• Works with sales and service to schedule visits and collect complaints data.
• Analyze all field related data – Warranty, Cost of poor quality, customer machine replacement.

The team you will be a part of

The Quality Generalist team conducts internal quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to ensure they fulfill given quality procedures and norms. Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms. Preparing quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.

This role in summary

• Collects customer complaint data from the field and the service organization to act as an early warning signal to the concerned department and analyzes the data.
• Process improvement in manufacturing process through root cause analysis of problem & implementation of solution at shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include

Collects customer complaint data from the field (trade partners, CFA’s and end –users) and communicates the results to the plant for immediate action.

• Visits customers to better understand the nature of the complaints.
• Organizes visits of plant personnel to customers and customer’s visits to the plant.
• Provide data to In charge quality analysis relating to field quality.
• Works closely with the sales and service organization to schedule customer visits and collect customer complaints data.
• Analysis of all field related data - Warranty, Cost of poor quality, customer machine replacement

Minimum requirements

Qualification : Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience Summary of Position: : Minimum 3 years

• Proficient in SAP BW report and analysis
• Proficient in TCQ reporting , analysis
