Job summary

Whirlpool India is seeking a results-driven professional to ensure quality of operations provided by service partners. You will support trade partners, manage spare parts stock, resolve defects, and drive sales of accessories and stabilisers.

The role involves training engineers, providing technical support, and coordinating with the branch service team for targets. The ideal candidate holds a B.tech with mechanical/electrical grounding, strong communication, and a proactive, risk-aware mindset.

Responsibilities

• Validate replacement calls and initiate the process from service end.
• Assist service partners in stock management for spare parts.
• Defect management and trade: maintain trade partner satisfaction.
• Provide swift responses to escalated customer issues raised by trade partners.
• Perform periodic stock checks at trade partner godowns; minimise defects.
• Train Service Engineers and guide them in soft skills and customer interaction.
• Provide technical support to build expertise in product repairs and new products.
• Coordinate with Branch Service Manager for targets and product modifications.
• Meet service partners to ensure efficient customer service and incentive schemes.
