TSIL in Malanpur is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive (Electrical & Instrumentation) to ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical and instrumentation systems. The role requires 8–12 years of experience and BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation.

SAP exposure and strong MS-Office/communication skills are preferred. The position is in the Maintenance department at Malanpur. The incumbent will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensure GMP/KAIZEN/TPM compliance, and

Qualifications

• BE /B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation.
• 8–12 years of experience in electrical/instrumentation maintenance.
• SAP exposure preferred.
• MS-Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall electrical/electronic/instrumentation maintenance of the plant reporting to Maintenance Manager.
• Monitor condition of utilities like CT, air compressor, chilled water, DG sets; water softener.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for electrical and instruments, motors, MCC/PCC, panels, and control panels.
• Knowledge of GMP, KAIZEN, and TPM activities.
• Ensure 5S compliance in maintenance areas.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of electrical,instrumentation, and control systems through effective preventive, predictive,and corrective maintenance, while minimizing equipment downtime and maintainingcompliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Inchargeof overallelectrical/electronic/Instrumentation maintenance of the plant reporting toMaintenance Manager.
• 2.Condition monitoring of all utilities like CT,Air Compressor, Chilled water and trial of DG sets water softner plant.
• 3.Planning and execution of Preventive Maintenancefor all kinds of electrical & instruments, Motors, MCC, PCC, Panels andControls panels as per schedule.
• 4.Knowledge of GMP,KAIZEN and TPM activity.
• 5.5S compliance in all areas under maintenancedept.
• 6.knowledge of RTD, PID, PLC, Thermocouple,Proximity sensors, flow switch, temperature switch, VFD, pressure switches,Pressure transmitter, able to read the circuit drawing and track theinterlocking accordingly.
• 7.Knowledge of Field Instruments like Flowmeters, Pressure Transducers, LevelTransducers, Flow switches, safety valves etc.
• 8.Should have knowledge of electrical Controlsystem, AC Drive, DC Drive and motors, also should have knowledge of PLCFundamental.
• 9.Knowledge of LT /HT Yard equipment likeTransformer, ACBs, VCBs, etc.
• 10.Knowledge of LT /HT Yard equipment likeTransformer, ACBs, VCBs, etc.
• 11.Having the Good Knowledge of Boiler, Compressor,Chiller & other utility equipment.
• 12.Knowledge of Energy, water, steam, air, gasSustainability and should be able to implement.

• 14.Knowledge of operation and maintenance ofBoilers, Chillers, Air compressors, ETP, STP.
