Rentokil Initial Hygiene India is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager for collections. You will manage the branch collection portfolio, monitor new accounts with sales, and resolve GST/billing queries while ensuring strict adherence to the company credit policy.

The role requires a Graduate with at least 2 years in B2B collection, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Managing the collection portfolio of the assigned Branch and achieving the collection targets.
• Close monitoring of new accounts and driving the first 3 months collection with the sales team.
• Monitoring of invoice submissions by the operations team.
• Timely resolving GST/billing and other queries of customers.
• Strong collection follow-up with customers.
• Responsible for maintaining DSO as per company policy.
• Identify causes for nonpayments and communicate problems for corrective actions.

About the Role:

• The Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager will be responsible for achieving collection targets, maintaining DSO & monitoring of invoice submission and new accounts
• The incumbent will have to work as part of the team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the collection portfolio of the assigned Branch & Achieving the Collection Targets
• Close monitoring of new accounts & driving the first 3 months collection with the help of the sales team.
• Monitoring of invoice submissions is done by the operation team.
• Timely resolving GST/billing & other queries of customers.
• Strong collection follow-up with customers.
• Responsible for maintaining DSO as per company policy.
• Identify causes for nonpayments and communicate problems for corrective actions to be taken.
• Visits to the customer having outstanding more than 150+ days.
• Account ledger scrutiny & customer reconciliations.
• Weekly review of accounts to reduce unapplied cash.
• Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy of the company.
