Job summary

Ace Turtle, Bengaluru-based retailer, is expanding its catalogue operations. We are looking for someone to own end-to-end catalogue management, drive listings across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and Ajio, and uphold top-quality output through efficient processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with catalogues, strong Excel abilities, familiarity with CMS tools, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset to scale our fashion and lifestyle brands across India and South Asia.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on catalogue experience required.
• Experience managing marketplace catalogs (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end catalogue operations including uploads.
• Drive catalogue Go-Live across marketplaces and channels.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in catalogue output.
• Plan capacity forecasting to meet operational goals.
• Improve efficiency through process-driven execution.
• Track and deliver on operational metrics targets; collaborate across teams.
• Create and present weekly catalogue reports.
• Lead and manage team members.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end catalogue operations including uploads
