Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Catalogue Expert to manage and optimize product listings across its own website and major marketplaces from Gurgaon. You will ensure accurate, attractive, and search-friendly catalogs while maintaining data quality.

The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce catalog operations and strong skills in Excel/Sheets, with attention to detail and clear content communication. Exposure to fashion/jewellery categories is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce Catalogue Management, Product Listing, or E-commerce Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing product listings on Amazon, Myntra, or other major marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of SKU management, product attributes, categorisation, and product data management.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Good written communication and product content skills.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer product categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Catalogue & Product Listing Management: Create, upload, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Myntra, the company website, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Product Content Management: Manage product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, SKU details, attributes, and other catalogue information with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Image & Content Compliance: Upload and maintain product images in accordance with marketplace guidelines and ensure products are presented accurately and attractively.
• SKU & Product Data Management: Ensure correct product categorisation, SKU mapping, product attributes, and catalogue data across multiple platforms.
• Catalogue Tracking & Reporting: Maintain catalogue trackers and product data using MS Excel / Google Sheets, ensuring information is updated and easily accessible.
• Listing Quality & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve listing errors, missing information, incorrect categorisation, and other catalogue-related issues to ensure products remain live and searchable.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with design, photography, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate product content.
