Job summary

Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) in Mumbai seeks an experienced accounts professional for project site accounting, RA bill prep, and cost monitoring across sites.

You will work with SAP/ERP and MS Excel, reconcile accounts, monitor vendor payments, and support audits. A background in B.Com/M.Com/MBA or CMA with 4–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Site expenses & cash management; MIS and customer/vendor reconciliation; working with SAP/ERP and MS Excel.

Job description

• 1. Assist in Development of Systematic Site accounting procedures for all operational tasks.
• 2. RA Bill preparation, submission & certification follow-up; site P&L; project cost monitoring; vendor/subcontractor bill verification;
• 3. site expenses & cash management; MIS and customer/vendor reconciliation, Working knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel
• 4. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Procurement & Vendor Commercials.
• 5. Review commercial terms of procurement contracts.
• 6. Monitor vendor payments and reconciliation.
• 7. Validate price variations, escalation clauses, and contract amendments.
• 8. Support negotiations with suppliers on commercial matters.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• 9. Preparation of Daily/ Monthly MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Com/M.Com/MBA or CMA Qualified with 4-8 years of experience with Project Site accounting.

Candidates with experience in SAB B1 will be preferred.

Good Analytical, RA/Contractor Billing and Accounting Skills.

Strong communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to set priorities and manage multiple task functions simultaneously.
