RLG Systems India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Regional Channel Development to source waste material through formal and informal channels across India.

You will build vendor networks with recyclers, collectors, MSPs, and aggregators to meet inflow targets for plastics, e-waste, and battery waste. Responsibilities include market analysis, pricing strategy support, and ensuring 100% documentation, on-time PO generation and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in field service management, retail or B2B accounts.
• Experience in waste material sourcing, reverse logistics or recycling preferred.
• Must have travelled and managed sourcing, procurement and field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
• Willingness for extensive local or interstate travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sourcing channels and vendor networks to ensure steady inflow of waste plastic, e-waste and batteries.
• Onboard MSPs and aggregators; maintain a robust vendor pipeline.
• Analyse markets, price trends and competition to support pricing strategies.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely PO generation and invoicing.
• Coordinate procurement and trading activities with internal teams.
• Monitor procurement performance and report key metrics.

About The Role

Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Regional Channel Development will be responsible and accountable for sourcing of agreed upon waste material through Formal & Informal Sector i.e. recyclers, Collectors, aggregators, retail chains and bulk consumers etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new sourcing channels and vendor networks across Southeast India to ensure a consistent inflow of waste material Plastic, e-waste, battery waste etc and achieve sourcing targets.
• Identify low-cost sourcing locations and onboard new MSPs (Material Service Providers) and aggregators.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor pipeline through vendor identification, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Analyse sourcing markets, competitor activities, and price trends to support competitive pricing strategies.
• Conduct weekly vendor visits as per the planned route and achieve assigned document collection targets.
• Ensure 100% documentation accuracy and compliance with company processes and client SOPs.
• Ensure timely and accurate PO generation and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement and trading activities with business objectives.
• Monitor and report procurement performance, key achievements, and areas requiring attention.
• Ensure adherence to agreed vendor terms, processes, and organisational SOPs.

What We Need From You

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Field Service management, retail customers or B2B customers management. Experience in waste material sourcing or reverse logistics or Recycling companies will be preferred.
• Must have travelled and managed Sourcing, procurement and domestic local field Operations
• Preference will be given to bachelor’s degree in environmental science or any field.
• Preference if aware of the processes and logistics involved in e-waste treatment or recycling.
• Must be willing to extensive local or interstate travel.
