Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a candidate for the role of Plant Operator in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The successful applicant will oversee the safe operation and maintenance of the ETP, R.O., STP, and MEE plants. Duties include preparing reports, managing waste segregation and disposal, and ensuring environmental compliance.

The role emphasizes safety, effective housekeeping, and providing training to both employees and contractors. Regular coordination with field operators and environmental bodies is also required.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation & maintenance of ETP Plant with Primary, Secondary & Tertiary.
• Safe operation & maintenance of R.O., STP & MEE Plant.
• Making shift daily & monthly report regularly.
• To segregate effluent & waste at plant level.
• Ensure waste disposal regularly.
• To review & assist in updating the Environment related SOP.
• Monitor solid waste disposal and maintain its record.
• Issue work permit to plant activities.
• Coordinate with field operator for smooth operation of ETP, MEE & R.O. plant.
• Ensuring good housekeeping & maintain safe working environment.
• Provide training to employee & contract manpower.
• Coordinate with GPCB during their site visit.
