TGBPL TP India - DBU is hiring for a General Customer Service position in India, Karnataka. This role involves providing technical and non-technical support to both business and end-consumer customers.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through phone, online chat, and text, as well as acting as a liaison between customers and production teams for specific orders. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Descripción del empleo

General Customer Service includes post‑sale technical and/or non‑technical customer service and support across multiple sub‑families for business and/or end‑consumer customers.

Remote Customer Service

• Phone, online chat, or text customer support in a high‑volume, low‑complexity environment.
• Customer issues analysis and resolution in an office environment for lower‑volume, higher‑complexity inquiries.

Distribution Center Customer Service

• Liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
• Technical and non‑technical customer support in a walk‑in service center.

Incumbents are not compensated based on achievement of sales targets. The role requires subject‑matter knowledge, ability to understand specific needs or requirements of customer problems, and to apply relevant skills and knowledge. Specialized schooling or previous practical experience is likely required.
