Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability of machines for production teams.
• Create work orders for maintenance per plan and assign electricians/fitters.
• Create material requisitions and follow up with stores for receipt.
• Generate purchase orders for services and ensure timely availability.
• Report daily progress on shutdown/turnaround activities.
• Prepare shutdown/turnaround completion reports for dept heads.
• Ensure timely and safe execution of activities in central workshop.
• Prepare daily observation reports of maintenance activities.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports.
• Support maintenance lead in managing maintenance masters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools.
• Ensure optimal consumption of spares without impacting equipment.
