CMR Green Technologies Limited, a leading player in aluminium and zinc die-casting alloys, is seeking a Sr. Executive/AM - Logistics in Sriperumbudur to manage finished goods movement, import shipments, and coordination with CHA and freight forwarders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of Experience in Logistics, Import/Export, Shipment, Customs Clearance, CHA or Freight Forwarding.
• Essential education: Professional Degree/ Diploma; PG in Logistics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure movement of finished goods to customers as per the dispatch plan.
• Prepare invoices/PDIR/E-Way Bill etc. for all material from the plant – finished goods, disposal items, inter-unit transfers.
• Coordinate and monitor import shipments from booking to arrival, customs clearance and final delivery at the plant/location.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and other logistics service providers for timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
• Coordinate and follow-up for import documentation such as Bill of Entry, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other required documents.
• Follow-up with CHA for customs clearance, customs assessment, examination, duty payment and Out of Charge of import shipments.
• Ensure timely availability and movement of vehicles for domestic and import shipments, including transportation, forklifts, etc. at the time of loading / un-loading
• Track shipment status, ETA/ETD, container movement and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely delivery
• Ensure quality parameters of the finished goods in terms of packaging, specification and quantity
• Follow-up with customers for Product requirement (Molten/Solid Ingot)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and CHA for resolution of shipment, documentation, customs and delivery-related issues
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of weighment scales, ladle trucks and ladles with quality and maintenance department

Educational

• Essential – Professional Degree/ Diploma from Reputed Institution
• Desired- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management

Skill Required

• Speaking and writing skills in English/Hindi/Marathi is essential for business communication.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP/Computer operation skills (EXCEL/WORD/POWER POINT etc.)
• Good knowledge of Import/Export documentation, Shipment Management, Customs Clearance, CHA and Freight Forwarding
• Knowledge and skills in coordinating with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Shipping Lines and Customers
• Knowledge and skills for Customer Management
• Ability to handle Customer, possess proactive attitude, excellent capability to think in & out of the box.
• Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, Customs and other applicable logistics/import compliance requirements
• Knowledge and skills in ISO safety, environment and quality.
• Business communication skills, good networking/ influencing skills

General

• Up to 25-30 Years.
• CTC – 4.5 to 6 LPA approx. CTC Not a constraint for suitable candidate.
• Candidate should not be frequent job changer.
• Candidates with experience in Import Logistics, Customs Clearance, CHA and Freight Forwarding will be preferred.
