CMR Group in Sriperumbudur is seeking a Sr. Executive/AM with 3–5 years of experience in hot refining or a similar role in refining/manufacturing. You will monitor refining processes, oversee shift operations, and ensure quality targets while controlling costs.

The role requires a full-time degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Metallurgy and a strong focus on process optimization and safety. Candidates aged 27–30 are preferred; joining period is within 30 days.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in hot refining or a similar role in refining/manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Ensure minimal deviation from the Process Monitoring Sheet.
• Oversee hot refining operations of operators across Furnaces (charging schedule, flux quantity, alloying composition, virgin alloy addition).
• Ensure shift cost control, production, melt loss, dross production, recovery and quality targets.
• Quality reports sign-off based on spectrometry and ERP bookings.
• Respond to issue escalations during the shift.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine availability and smooth shift operations.
• Ingot quality control and control weight variation of ingots.
• Follow all process parameters during processing.

JobProfile:

• Responsible for ensuring minimal deviation from "Process Monitoring Sheet"
• Oversee hot refining operations of operators such as - Charging schedule, Flux quantity, Alloying composition and addition of virgin alloy material etc. across Furnaces.
• Ensures shift cost control, production, melt loss, dross production, recovery and quality targets
• Responsible for Quality report sign of basis spectrometry and visual checks, as well as ERP booking
• Responds to issue escalations during shift
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure availability of machine/equipment’s and smooth operations during the shift
• Ingot quality control and control weight variation of ingots.
