Job summary

Qualifications

• SMT machine maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration are required.
• Knowledge of line installation, alignment and bring-up activities.
• Experience in FUJI Mounter programming and cycle time reduction.
• Ability to perform breakdown analysis and repair of SMT equipment.
• Spare parts management and machine tossing control to ensure uptime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stations produce products meeting quality standards.
• Evaluate and modify manufacturing material workflow to improve throughput.
• Develop and maintain work schedules with line engineers and supervisors for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with line managers and operators daily to improve quality and reduce defects.

• Machines HandledSPI,Fuji, GKG Printer, Reflow, and AOI.
• SMT Machine maintenance / Troubleshooting / Calibration.
• Skill knowledge in line Installation, Alignment and bring up activities.
• Skill in FUJI Mounter programming / Cycle time reduction.
• Skill in Breakdown analysis / Troubleshooting & Repair.
• Machine Tossing control and spare part management.
• Ensure all stations are producing product that meets the company s quality standards.
• Evaluate andmodifythe manufacturing material workflow for increased throughput and productivity ifrequired.
• With the line Engineers/Managers and supervisors, develop andmaintainwork schedules that support 100% on-time delivery to main lines.
• Work with the line managers,supervisorsand direct employeeson a daily basisto improve quality levels (Goal: Zero Defect product).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available for use whenrequired.
