Tempsens Instruments India Limited is seeking an experienced Production professional to manage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, and optimize manpower and resources. The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech.

in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. The selected candidate will plan daily/monthly production targets, balance lines, monitor efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and managing shop-floor operations to meet production targets.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen concepts.
• Good problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/monthly production targets.
• Ensure smooth production operations and effective line balancing.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Control rework, rejection and production losses.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines and other resources.
• Monitor and control overtime and production costs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
